How Do I Download My Etsy Purchase?
Buying a digital download product on Etsy is meant to be quick and easy. Once your payment is confirmed, your digital download should be available through your Etsy account under your purchases. Etsy also sends an email receipt with a download link to the email address used at checkout.
If you purchased a Planner Pat Printables template, your download usually includes a PDF with clickable Canva template links and simple instructions to help you get started.
How to Find Your Etsy Download
- Sign in to your Etsy account.
- Go to Your Account.
- Select Purchases and Reviews.
- Find the order you need.
- Click Download Files.
From there, save the file to your computer, phone, tablet, or cloud storage.
What If You Checked Out as a Guest?
Guest buyers do not access files through an Etsy account unless they connect the order later. Instead, Etsy sends the download link to the email address used at checkout.
Check your inbox for an Etsy receipt email. Also check spam, junk, promotions, or any email connected to PayPal or Apple Pay.
