If you bought a digital product on Etsy and cannot find the download link, you are not alone. Digital files can be easy to miss, especially if you checked out quickly or used guest checkout.
The good news is that your download is usually still available.
If You Have an Etsy Account
Sign in to Etsy and go to Purchases and Reviews. Find your order and choose Download Files. This is the best place to access digital files you purchased while signed in.
If You Checked Out as a Guest
Guest purchases work a little differently. Etsy sends your download link in the receipt email sent after purchase. Search your inbox for:
- Etsy
- transaction@etsy.com
- Your shop name
- The product title
- Digital download
Also check spam, junk, promotions, and any email address you may have used during checkout.
